# Store ### Products and Categories The Store offers a wide selection of products, from gift cards for popular platforms like Steam through in-game currencies such as Roblox, Riot Points as well as GTA Online $ from Shark Cards. The range of products and categories is constantly being expanded to provide our users with the widest possible choice. ### Balance Tab This tab on your dashboard is where you can manage your G-BUCKS and make withdrawals. When you decide to withdraw funds, such as for a Steam code, a modal window will appear with information about your G-BUCKS balance converted to USD, a list of available Steam top-up options, and the ability to select the amount. ### Purchases and Withdrawals Managing purchases is intuitive – after selecting a product and quantity, you can easily convert your G-BUCKS into chosen top-ups, game codes, or other available products. The purchasing process is quick and seamless, allowing you to enjoy your new purchases almost immediately. ### Receiving Codes and Services After purchase, top-up codes or other products are almost immediately available in the 'Orders' tab, where you can manage your purchases, check statuses, and collect acquired products. #### Products' currencies Our mission is to provide a suitable products to gamers from all around the world, therefore, we enabled cards in different currencies and currently, most of them are split into: USD, EUR, PLN. Always keep in mind your region and set currency when choosing a product from our offer. ### Complaints and Support If you encounter problems with a code, you have the option to quickly file a complaint and contact us through the ticket system on Discord.
